Boat Covers

The fabrication of boat covers is a time consuming affair. A lot of companies have automated their production using by CNC cutting tables. However the templating beforehand remains a challenging
job. It often requires two workers to produce an accurate template. 
Utilizing our services, 1 man can generate an extremely accurate digital template of the cover in minutes. The file is then e-mailed to
the shop and the Cover is drawn out further in Cad & translated to
the 2D cut outs.
Our services and methods enables fabricators to drastically reduce
the number of hours required for templating as well as to increase quality. Designs can be easily altered or reproduced later without the need for physical template storage.

Yacht Building

Larger gains are received by those companies that use our services for digital templating.  They use our system for capturing the important dimensions on site often in 3D.  Thereafter they draw out the design further in the CAD drawing.  Then they translate this drawing into the required 2D cutting dimensions.
